Rock radio

We would like to send a huge thank you to all our fans across the country for the success we’ve been having at rock radio. You helped us take Turn It Up to #29 almost two years ago and TMZ to #23 this past summer.
Our current single, Misunderstood (Featuring Die Mannquin’s “Care Failure”), is currently gaining traction on rock radio across the country only a month after it’s release.

Once again we ask for your help. All you need to do is call, email or text your local rock radio stations and request Misunderstood. We already have adds in Red Deer, Quebec City, Prince George, Oshawa, and Chilliwack. We’re also featured at a handfull of other stations. We need your help to convince the rest of the nation that Krome rocks! Let’s blow this single through the roof.

Misunderstood, Die Mannequin and the Junos

We’d like to congratulate Care Failure and Die Mannequin for their two Juno nominations (New Group of the Year and Rock Album of the Year for “Fine + Bleed”).

2010, coming to an end.

December 13, 2010

Well the year end is coming closer and closer. It has been such an amazing year for us in the Krome Kamp.

Early this year we happily announced our signing to Cordova Bay Records in Victoria, BC.
We also welcomed new guitarist/backing vocalist, Derek Merrell.

Mid-summer we released our second single from Kronic Rock, TMZ, and then embarked on a month long, cross Canada, tour. 18 shows from Vancouver Island to St Johns, NFLD. Thanks to all the support from the nation, TMZ hit 23 on the Canadian Rock Charts.

Although the year is almost over, we’re still working hard on getting ready for some big things in 2011.

We are proud to announce that NCAA spliced our music video for “Turn It Up” with their plays of the night on March 19 2010. This video was viewed on their website so much that the aired it again the following week.

Our next single will be hitting the airwaves in the next couple of months so keep your ears open.

We’re also working on hitting the road this summer.
